Senior Brand Manager – Kiehl’s

On the role you will be:

  • Responsible for a data-driven long term strategy and 360 brand management for Kiehl’s brand for Polish & Baltics markets
  • Collecting and analyzing consumer, competition and market data in order to create recommendations for the category
  • Implementing new launches, maintaining growth in pillar products and animating core catalog
  • Proposing and monitoring marketing mix strategies to build integrated and engaging consumer brand experiences (with a growing focus on digital & influencers)
  • Focusing on e-commerce channel to accelerate growth on brands via one of the most dynamic channel in the market
  • Implementing global communication materials and working closely with communication and engagement teams on local relevancy based on consumer and market profile.
  • Closely cooperating with other peers in the team, departments, partner agencies, and global marketing teams to build a leading business strategy
  • Bringing new ideas and modern solutions to build brand love
