Chief Financial Officer
Andrew joined Bayard in 2017 as the company’s first CFO, leading the digital and analytical transformation of the agency’s financial practices from a family-owned company through its acquisition by Shamrock Capital in January 2021. Andrew’s role as a change agent has included the implementation of the agency’s ERP, PEO, and the integration of over a dozen software platforms that power its financial practices, processes, and reporting. Within his group resides Controllership, A/R, A/P, FP&A, FinOps, and IT. Andrew’s group includes both onshore and offshore support, which is based in NYC but has team members across the U.S. and South America.
Andrew’s entrepreneurial-driven mindset is atypical of most CFOs, who are too often focused on analyzing spreadsheets versus the actual needs of the business. Having founded his first agency from his dorm room at NYU in 1997, Andrew’s more unique experiences include creating the first nationally televised crop circle that was awarded a Chevy HHR during the airing of The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and launching his line of nationally recognized, organic, veggie-filled pasta sauces, Otamot, for his daughter, Evelyn.
